functioning kitchen fine bathroom
the fully functioning kitchen included a dishwasher. the bathroom was fine. the location IS great for shops and transport.
the reception experience seemed slow. there seemed to be uncertainty.

slow reception bright light
The reception was a mess. It took ages to check in, and the staff seemed unsure of everything. the tv in my room didn't work at all. it just showed an error message, and i couldn't figure out how to turn off this super bright light above the stove. it wasn't a smooth experience, i expected better.

helpful staff great location error message bright light
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. the location is great for shops and transport into the center. i found everything i needed amenity-wise in my room. I was so impressed. the kitchen had a dishwasher.
The tv just gave an error message, so i couldn't use it. i also couldn't switch off the bright light above the hob. It was annoying.
